Abstract

The problematic of the article has been considered since the adoption of the Federal Law No. 184-ФЗ of 27.12.2002 “On Technical Regulation”.
The important role in the coordination of work in the industry standardization of the Reinforced Concrete Association, the Construction Research Center, NOSTROY is shown. The tasks of the construction industry have been formed, which require their solution in the short term. Thanks to the active interaction of the state and the professional community in the Russian Federation, a system of technical regulation in construction has been created and its regulatory and technical base is actively developing.
