Abstract

The article presents an experimental calculation method for estimating the specific consumption of thermal energy for heating and ventilation in residential buildings for new buildings in Moscow.
At the stage of commissioning, it is technically possible to measure the resistance to heat transfer of structures forming the heat-protective shell of buildings. Recalculation of the energy passport according to the measurement data allows you to estimate the specific consumption of thermal energy.
During the subsequent operation of the building, a comparison of design, experimental and actual data on heat consumption during the heating period allows us to assess the objectivity of design indicators of specific heat consumption.
