Abstract

The article discusses a design solution to convert the rigid series of large-panel house construction into flexible ones. It also deals with the requirements of Moscow’s renovation, the modernization of large-panel house construction plants, and the technology and equipment necessary for it. The paper illustrates the solutions of housing construction with flexible apartment layouts in the variants of applying the blocks with prestressed precast-monolithic slab, which uses precast prestressed hollow-core slab. The possibility of transformable tooling and technology for manufacturing a flexible volumetric block and options for upgrading existing technologies are described. A comprehensive approach to volumetric house-building in new structures, volume-planning solutions, equipment and factory technology is shown.
