[:ru]В период с 1999 по 2007 гг. российская цементная промышленность по отношению к 1998 г., когда произошел кризис банковской системы нашей страны, имела поступательное развитие. Средний прирост производства цемента в России за этот период составил 9,75 %. По темпам развития выпуск цемента входил в число ведущих подотраслей промышленности строительных материалов страны.

Производство цемента в России

По данным Росстата и цементных предприятий в на­шей стране за 2008 г. было произведено 53574,7 тыс. т цемента. По сравнению с 2007 г. выпуск снизился на 10,6 %. Основная часть цемента, произведенного в России за 2008 г., была получена на цементных предприятиях в первой половине года. В июле–декабре анализируемого года общий выпуск цемента, в отличие от предыдущих лет, снизился и составил 26464 тыс. т или 49,4 % от годового выпуска. Общее снижение выпуска цемента за 2008 г. по сравнению с 2007 г. составило 6370,7 тыс. т. Это почти столько же, сколько было произведено в январе и декабре. Основной причиной общего снижения выпуска цемента в России за анализируемый год явилось нежелание наиболее крупных отечественных производителей и участников рынка снижать цены по сравнению со стоимостью цемента, импортируемого из стран ближнего и дальнего зарубежья. Это также было обусловлено общим спадом потребления и спроса на цемент на внутреннем рынке России, особенно в ноябре и декабре, из–за снижения строительной активности и кризиса неплатежей, охватившего экономику страны в III и IY кварталах.[:en]In the period from 1999 to 2007, the Russian cement industry consistently developed in relation to 1998, when a crisis in the banking system took place in the country. The average growth of cement manufacture in Russia during this period came to 9.75%. By rate of development, cement production became one of the leading sub–industries of construction materials in the country.

Cement manufacture in Russia

According to data from the Russian statistics board and cement enterprises, in Russia 53 547 700 tons of cement were produced in 2009. Compared to 2007, production dropped by 10.6%. Most cement produced in Russia in 2008 was received at cement enterprises in the first half of the year. In July to December of this year, the total production of cement, unlike previous years, dropped, and came to 26 464 000 tons, or 49.4% of the yearly production. The total drop in cement production for 2008 compared to 2007 came to 6 370 000 tons. This is almost as much as was produced in January and December. The main cause for the general drop in cement production in Russia for the year under analysis was the reluctance of the largest national manufacturers and market participants to reduce prices compared with the cost of cement imported from countries of the near and distant abroad. It was also caused by the general drop in consumption and demand of cement on the Russian domestic market, especially in November and December, because of the decrease in construction activity and the non–payment crisis that swept the country’s economy in the third and fourth quarters.[:]
