[:ru]В статье рассматриваются особенности использования шлакощелочного цемента в производстве сухих строительных смесей. Данная технология позволяет повысить эффективность продуктов за счет формирования специальных свойств, а также расширить их сырьевую базу путем применения попутных продуктов металлургии — доменных гранулированных шлаков. Обосновывается выбор химических добавок, совместимых с щелочным компонентом цемента, и показывается их влияние на реологические свойства композиции и процессы структурообразования в тонком слое раствора. Предлагаются также возможные варианты оптимизации состава комплексной добавки.[:en]Details of slag alkaline cement usage in production of dry building mixtures are discussed in this present article. The described technology enables to increase the products performance due to the creation of special properties, as well as to expand the raw materials base through the use of metallurgy by-products, i.e. granulated furnace slag. Selection of chemical additives compatible with alkaline components of cement has been explained, and influence of the additives on the rheological properties of the composition and processes of structure formation in a thin layer of the mortar has been demonstrated. Also possible variants of optimization of the complex additive composition have been suggested.[:]
