[:ru]В условиях рыночной экономики важнейшим фактором эффективности производства товаров является выпуск конкурентоспособной продукции. Как известно, современное промышленное, гражданское и индивидуальное строительство развивается высокими темпами. К таким современным эффективным строительным материалам относятся белый портландцемент (БПЦ) и цветные цементы, выпускаемые на его основе в России ОАО «Щуровский цемент». Эти цементы позволяют получать декоративные цветные бетоны самого различного назначения и широкой цветовой гаммы, а также сухие смеси широкого ассортимента как для наружной, так и внутренней декоративно–архитектурной отделки зданий и интерьеров. Производство сухих смесей прогрессивно развивается во многих странах мира, в т. ч. и в России. Это одно из наиболее актуальных направлений в развитии промышленности строительных материалов в мире.[:en]Under market economy conditions, manufacturing competitive products becomes one of the core factors for goods production efficiency. As is known, up to date industrial, civil and individual construction sectors are developing with a fast pace. Such modern and effective construction materials are white Portland cement (WPC) and colored cement products manufactured on basis of WPC at the plant «Schurivsky cement» in Russia. These cement products can be applied for production of decorative colored concrete products of various use and wide range colors, as well as for production of a wide rage of dry building mixes for external and internal finishing as well as for interior design of buildings. Production of dry building mixes is actively developing in many countries including Russia. This is one of the most urgent directions of development of construction materials industry in the world.[:]
