Уверенный рост в стройиндустрии, который наблюдался в отрасли несколько лет подряд, внушил оптимизм не только профессиональному бизнес-сообществу, но и политической элите страны. На волне эйфории, охватившей всех, Правительство РФ запланировало к 2020 году довести объемы вводимого жилья до 140 млн м² в год, т.е. добиться за 12 лет увеличения объемов в 2,3 раза.[:en]Production of construction materials, products and constructions is a material basis of construction complex being one of the core segments of the Russian industry that provides influence onto structural changes in economy and onto the growth rate of the whole economy of the Russian Federation. A steady growth in construction industry that have been observed for the recent years, inspired optimism not only to a professional business society, but also to a political elite of the country. On tide of enthusiasm, which conflagrated the nation, the RF Government developed a plan to increase the volume of residential construction up to 140 million sq. m a year by the year 2020, i.e. to raise the volume of housing building by 2,3 times in 12 years.[:]
