ZapSibCement turned 15 years old

LLC ZapSibCement, a subsidiary of JSC Holding Company Sibcem responsible for sales of cement plants and Mining Company products, celebrated its 15th anniversary.

The company’s history began in 2006, when in the course of centralization of the sales process it was given the functions of the sales departments abolished at Topkinskiy, Krasnoyarskiy and Timlyuyskiy cement plants. ZapSibCement’s head office was located in Novosibirsk until 2010, when it was moved to Kemerovo. The central office of the company is still located in the capital of Kuzbass, its representative offices have been opened in Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Ulan-Ude, Angarsk. The company employs more than 60 people – sales managers, economists, lawyers.
“In 15 years we have worked our way up from consolidating several sales departments to creating a complete analytical center for Siberian Cement, which is responsible for implementing the unified sales strategy of the holding,” emphasizes Alexander Legotin, Managing Director of ZapSibCement LLC. – Today, the company’s specialists not only build an efficient sales system, but also investigate the market of the shipment regions and summarize information on existing and potential clients. In addition, we are actively developing services that allow us to create the most comfortable conditions for each consumer. For example, the “Personal Cabinet” resource gives users the opportunity to put online many external and internal business processes and obtain a huge amount of data in real time.
One of the perspective directions of work in the company is introduction of technical marketing tools. “Together with customers, we plan to create recipes that meet specific requirements, track the “behavior” of cement in the finished product of the consumer,” explains Alexander Legotin. – By taking advantage of the technical support service for transactions, customers will be able to choose cement without errors and save time and money.”
ZapSibCement specialists also continue to improve logistics schemes and develop new routes for product delivery. In particular, in the near future the proven “railroad-sea” option will complement the “rail-river” scenario that is convenient for many of the company’s partners.
