Abstract

The article provides results of a research on the practical application of low grade gypsum binders in dry mix compositions for self–leveling floors using a newly deve­loped highly efficient complex hyper plasticizer KD–1 (compound). Increase in strength of gypsum compositions was achieved, which was at least 4 times superior to the strength of the initial stock material. High compression strength material was developed on the basis of low grade plaster for use in liquid self–leveling floors. Its compressive strength exceeded at least 1.2 times the analogues produced by reputable companies for the international market.
