Abstract
The results of studying the formation of the structure of cement stone due to the use of silica-containing and inert additives as well as mechanochemical activation are presented. On the basis of experimental studies, optimal compositions and granulometric composition of composite binders were determined, which allow obtaining optimal physical and mechanical characteristics of cement stone and concrete on its basis. It is shown that the synergistic effect of pozzolanic and inert additives intensifies the hydration processes, compacting the microstructure of the newgrowths.
