Abstract

This paper focuses on the activities aimed at maintaining the safety of capital construction projects. That are the adoption and the implementation of “Technical regulations on the safety of buildings and structures”, development of standards establishing requirements to results and quality of construction work, monitoring compliance, harmonization of Russian and European standards.
