Abstract
The problem of building construction using ultra high-strength concretes of new generation based upon composite binders instead of pure cement is considered. The goals of the research were to develop formulas for dry concrete mixes with optimal balance of cement, ground sand, microsilica, hyper–plasticizer; to define density of dry mixtures; to prepare reactive–powder concretes. The research results prove the possibility of obtaining efficient high–strength reactive–powder concretes, reactive–powder–sand concretes and reactive–powder crushed stone concretes with the specific cement consumption of 4,1–5,8 kg per each 1 MPa of its strength by using finely–grained and powdered concrete mixes.
Key words:
high–strength concrete; ultra high-strength concrete; dry mixtures; rheology; super– and hyper–plasticizers; microsilica; pozzolanic additives; aggregation stable systems; maximally concentrated dispersed systems
