Abstract

Decorating and restoring buildings is a matter of great importance in architectural design. One of the aims of architecture – creating a human environment – represents in fact creation of a man-made environment and forming an environment which is favorable for humans.

The main principles of architecture involve meeting functional, structural and aesthetical requirements. The aesthetical component is achieved by using both architectural methods with composition solutions and decorative design. So significant attention is focused on decorative design and finishing, with great amount of money being spent on them.
