Abstract

Автоклавный газобетон (АГБ) – это одна из разновидностей легких бетонов, разработанная в 20-х годах прошлого столетия. АГБ изобрели в Швеции, откуда он с успехом распространился по другим странам Европы и в настоящее время используется во всем мире.

В 1940-е годы существенные вклад в развитие этого направления внес Йозеф Хебель, придав АГБ совершенно новые функции и заложив основу для развития и превращения автоклавного газобетона в комплексную строительную технологию с применением армированных деталей для крыш, полов, стен и блоков в промышленном, муниципальном и жилищном секторах.

В 2000 г. произошло слияние компаний Hebel и Y-tong, двух крупнейших поставщиков заводов по производству автоклавного газобетона, а в 2002 г. объединение было приобретено подразделением по производству строительных материалов компании Haniel Bau Industrial, после чего получило название Xella.

Изделия из автоклавного газобетона обладают высокой прочностью, легкие строительные блоки из армированного и неармированного бетона производятся на самых современных автоклавных установках с использованием таких типичных сырьевых компонентов, как кварцевый песок, цемент и известь.

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete, AAC, is a type of light weight concrete developed in the twenties of the last century. AAC was invented in Sweden. From there it starts its triumphal procession over Europe. Today it is used internationally all over the world. In the forties of last century, Mr. Joseph Hebel played an important role by decisive innovations. He succeeded in giving Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) entirely new functions, thus laying the foundation for the development of the building material Aerated Autoclaved Concrete to complete AAC construction system with AAC reinforced structural elements for roofs, floors and walls and AAC blocks for a great diversity of possible applications in industrial, municipal and residential construction. During 2000, Hebel & Y-tong the largest suppliers of AAC plants were merged. In 2002 these companies were purchased by the building products division of Haniel Bau Industrial and had been operated under the name Xella. Autoclaved Aerated Concrete is an excellent option for any type of construction due to its product benefits. AAC products are heavy duty, light weight building units of reinforced and non-reinforced concrete and are manufactured with the most advanced autoclaves using basic raw materials such as quartz sand, cement and lime.
