Abstract

In modern economic conditions, there is a need to increase the technical and economic potential of enterprises producing dry mixtures. The main way to economic rationalization of the production of dry mixtures is the raw material regulation to optimize the building compositions. Currently, the most used method in the development and optimization of dry mixtures is the trial and error method based on an intuitive understanding of the interaction of the components of the mixture. Thus, the method used in the development and optimization of compositions is an empirical study. In this paper we discuss the use of statistical research methods for the technical and economic optimization of dry mixtures. As the main methods, multiple regression analysis (MRA) and full factorial experiment (FFE) were discussed.
The objects of the research were dry mixtures based on plaster binder. Linear regression equations were obtained for a three-factor and four-factor analysis in which the factors were the mass fractions of the components and the responses were raw material cost, consumption of dry mixture, surface texture and compressive strength. The final stage of math modeling was the visualization of the system of regression inequalities to determine the most appropriate composition. According to the results of the work, the applicability of the regression analysis and the full factorial experiment for the economic rationalization of the production of dry mixtures was established.
