Abstract

Crushing is an important stage in process of raw material (limestone, clay, pozzolana) processing for cement production. Efficient crushing is necessary for continuous material movement in the course of manufacturing process. Ideal crushers should accept coarse material and operate with high performance.

Single-beater impact crushers described below may be considered as a solution in this particular case alongside with double-beater impact-type, hammer-type or cylinder-type crushers as well, under ceratin conditions.

In present time consumers become interested in delivery of «key ready» complete crushing plants. Various types of storage bunkers, plate feeders and roll screens for pre-screening can be included into a delivery package.
