Abstract

The necessity to carry out quality control of cement materials (such as raw materials components, slurry (raw powder), clinker, cement) with the use of express-methods of analysis which apply modern laboratory equipment, and automated control systems (AS) for technological processes is caused by growth of cement production competitive ability on construction materials’ market. In the paper the estimate of application effectiveness for analysis express-methods in CJSC «Oskolcement» is presented. The methods concern AS of coarse-grinding slurry preparation, clinker temperature, cement, AS of slag feed control at the Oskolsky Electrometallurgical Works (OEMW).
