Abstract

The article shows that the influence of alkaline carbonates, sulphates and chlorides on the technology and the quality of cement is different and depends on the sublimation capacity of salt. In contrast to carbonates and sulphates, chlorides do not decrease the clinker quality but their negative impact on the technological processes is higher, as they form scabs and crusts in the low temperature zone, because they have high sublimation capacity and intensify the formation of spurrite (2СаО · SiO2)2 · СаСО3
