Abstract

This research observes the results of hydrating and hardening kinetics for cement compositions with admixtures by testing strength, heat evolution, and plasticity. The following cement retarding admixtures were tested: aqueous solution of polysaccharides and polyphosphates; on the basis of modified technical lignosulfonates, as well as alkali-free accelerating admixtures. The research registered the efficiency of the above-mentioned admixtures and their influence on the characteristics of materials obtained when using Portland cements of various producers.
