Abstract
A complex method for optimizing the ready-mixes concrete includes several optimization factors at once, in particular, the ratio of aggregates and water-cement ratio. The aim of optimization is to find mixes that have similar or identical properties, and select the most economical ones from the point of view of their production. The paper presents preliminary results of testing a complex optimization method to identify economical mixes with corresponding similar strengths and slumps. In particular, using the set of industrial mixes, preliminary results demonstrate the potential to achieve an economic effect of up to 100 rubles/m3.
