Abstract

The effect of the additive on the structure formation of lime-gypsum composites is considered. The information about the technology of synthesis of an active silicate additive and its high chemical activity with a mixed type binder is given. It is shown that the introduction of an additive into the formulation of lime-gypsum composition leads to an increase in compressive strength, water resistance and crack resistance compared with the control composition, depending on the synthesis and amount of the additive.
