Abstract

In specification SP 50.133330.2012 “Thermal performance of buildings. The updated edition of SNiP 23‑02‑2003”, element approach for the calculation of the reduced resistance to heat transfer of enclosing structures is used. We consider the use of elemental approach to calculate the heat load on the space heating system of buildings. This increases the accuracy of the determination of the load, and the design decisions, optimal resulting in energy savings and increased energy efficiency of the heating system. Considered the calculation method of the specific characteristics of the thermal performance of the building on the basis of elemental approach and show that it is a generalization of the reduced resistance to heat transfer for the building envelope.

Key words:

enclosing structures (ES); thermal performance of buildings; reduced resistance to heat transfer (RRHT); energy saving; energy efficiency; heating system
