Abstract
Discovered in the beginning of XIX century Portland cement (Portland is the place in England where lime deposits are located) is the most often used in the world and reliable binding construction material. And it will remain to be essential material for the society for many decades to come. As it is known, this is most important subject of inorganic material science and the main component of cement concretes which are absolutely irreplaceable in construction industry. The most important cement’s property among many others is its strength. The main purpose of the proposed work is probable increase of cement strength on the account of adding to it detonation diamond’s nanoparticles (Pic. 1) [1].
