Abstract
At cement production waste gas is to be treated in the different processing stages. Over 65% of dust containing emission is treated with electrofilters, 20% – with fabric filters and about 15% – with cyclone systems.
At that, only minor part (about 7%) of electrofilters has efficiency at level of 96-99.5%.
Thus, performance of electrofilters should be considerably intensified. In the near term, it is necessary to ensure that the level of emission does not exceed 50 mg/m3 and stays stable in a long run.
Obviously, substantial technical renovation of dust filtering equipment in cement industry is required to meet current dust emission standards. The problem is also important because operating enterprises have limited space for renovation or installation of dust filter-ing equipment.
At present time holding group Kondor Eco-SF NIIOGAZ has up-to-date engineer-ing and production facilities to solve this problem. Experienced personnel of this group in-cludes present employees of the Moscow research institute NIIOGAZ and former em-ployees of Semibratovsk NIIOGAZ affiliate, who created virtually all generations of «dry» dust-separating equipment.
