Abstract

The use of materials that ensure the implementation of external waterproofing in the absence of access to the treated surface is an urgent task in the conditions of sealing construction and in the presence of a high level of groundwater. All currently widespread materials and technologies have very low reliability and/or high cost due to the need for additional injection work [1]. In these conditions, the appearance of contact membranes is the optimal solution that provides cost reduction and reduction in construction time.
The article discusses the experience of using LLC “GEOIZOL” sheet contact membrane MasterSeal 754, manufactured by BASF.
