Abstract

One of results of numerous researches aimed at prediction of concrete or reinforced concrete durability is theoretical dependence of corrosion depth of building construction under its exploitation period. It is based on a number of accepted assumptions, one of them is excluding of chemical interaction of concrete with corrosive medium. An attempt to improve methods of predicting concrete durability is made by the numerical decision of system of the differential equations uniting elementary processes of corrosion of concrete, including a chemical reaction.

Due to intensive development of solid-cast and pre-cast house-building in Russia the basic problem on the design stage is structures reliability evaluation according to regulations of the National Standard Of Russian Federation «Safety In Emergency Situations» (GOST R22.1.12-05). This evaluation requires normative technique for the analysis of concrete durability, which can be secured by means of primary and secondary protection1 according to regulatory document «Protection of Structures against Corrosion»(SNIP 2.03.11-85). However, most of reinforced concrete structure components are located within multi-layered walls and unavailable for means of secondary protection. Reinforcing protection through structure lifetime and profitability requirements are guaranteed by protective concrete layer parameters (thickness and density); however, analytical argumentation for these parameters still remains undetermined.
