Abstract

The prerequisites for the development of a scientific methodology for controlling the structure and properties of the corresponding materials, based on the concepts of capillary structure formation in dispersed raw material mixtures of non-fired building composites, including the macro and micro levels, based on the laws of formation of polydisperse structures under the balance of interparticle forces in three-phase dispersed systems, are considered.

Computer simulation and 3D reconstruction of capillary structures in three-phase raw materials mixtures of non-fired building composites and the developed software help to substantiate the scientific and methodological approach to obtaining composites with a polydisperse optimal structure.

Key words:

autohesion, capillary forces, disperse systems, capillary structure formation, raw mixes of building materials
