Abstract

This work is made by the State Educational Institution “SibGIU” based on the three-year program of fundamental studies of the Russian Federation Ministry of Education (2010–2012), the topic is “The research of the theoretical foundations of a nanosized silica binder ash waste from thermal power plants”. In 2010, the first stage called as the above title, was complete. The main goal of the work is the development of scientific foundations of the TPP ashes reactivity. The work is part of the list of critical technologies of the Russian Federation, including “Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials” and “Technologies of processing and recycling of industrial formations and wastes”. And also it is one of the priority areas of science, technology and engineering of the Russian Federation “Environmental management”. To create a new composite cementless binder exclusively of waste is very timely for the Russian Federation and for the world industry.
