Abstract

The article presents the results of research on the possibility of using slag-containing binders in the production of structural concrete. The developed composition of fine-grained cinder concrete was used in the production of precast reinforced concrete lintels. The peculiarity of the composition is that slag sand is used as a filler in it. Part of the cement is replaced by a finely ground polyfraction slag additive. The production of the additive is carried out by joint grinding of slag sand and screening of slag rubble. The manufactured structures meet the necessary requirements for strength and thermal conductivity. Industrial testing of the molding of reinforced concrete lintels made of fine-grained cinder concrete showed the possibility of introducing the developed composition into mass production.
