Abstract

The article analyzes the construction and technological potential of large-capacity man-made products-concrete scrap. It is established that fine-dispersed screenings of concrete scrap can be considered as components in the synthesis of hardening systems of building composites. It is shown that mechanochemical activation of hardening systems allows improving the rheology of the mixture and significantly increasing the strength activity. It is established that the introduction of a fine-ground additive from concrete scrap allows you to get concrete, the strength of which is 40 % higher than on quartz sand. Further synthesis of composite hardening systems based on fine-dispersed and nanoscale particles from technogenic raw materials is envisaged, followed by optimization of the granulometric composition of the coarse-grained part of the concrete scrap and construction of the structure of functional composites (secondary concretes).

Key words:

concrete scrap, secondary concrete, full life cycle contracts, hardening systems, man-made raw materials
