Abstract
Mechanisms of aggressive influence provided by chemical substances to underground constructions are well studied. Typically, these substances penetrate into the soil because of anthropogenic contamination. Mechanisms of aggressive effects provided by microbiota and humic substances, which are found not only in the surface layer, but also at depths of ten and more meters, are less studied. These factors are caused by natural processes. The present article describes the investigation of the processes of damage to building materials and structures under the influence of these two factors.
Key words:
humic substances; underground microbiota; biodegradation agents; building materials’ damages; damage to building structures
