Abstract
Due to a decrease in reserves of energy resources, construction industry of the Russian Federation has begun utilizing materials and structures providing for energy and reserve saving during construction, maintenance, and demolition of buildings, for recent decades. So, erection of one-layer external walls from traditional materials, such as bricks or claydite-concrete, has become unreasonable. Multi-layer walling which consist of efficient porous fibrous heat-insulating material, external facing layer made of bricks, and internal layer made of various materials in form of blocks, has become widely used. Selection of the most efficient variant of the external wall structure provides a significant influence onto the estimate cost and economic indices of a building, because external walls account for up to 36 % of the total cost of the building structural elements.
